You agree to immediately notify rtzz of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. rtzz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You must promptly update your account information if your personal details change, including changes to your name, address, email address, or phone number. Maintaining accurate contact information is essential for account security communications and withdrawal processing.
rtzz accepts deposits via the following methods available to Indonesian players: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and cryptocurrency (where applicable). All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

In the event of ambiguity, rtzz's interpretation of results is final and binding. Bets on abandoned or postponed matches may be voided or settled according to specific market rules published on our website.

Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
